Friday, August 12, 2022 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (MST) SPEAKER: Holocaust survivor, Sidney “Sevek” Finkel Sidney “Sevek” Finkel is the author of Sevek and the Holocaust, The Boy Who Refused to Die. This Holocaust seminar will focus on an eight-year-old Sevek, capturing the emotions of a boy who loses his home, his family and ultimately his humanity by the time he reaches the age of fourteen. 3GAZ is pleased to present an author talk and discussion with Adena Bernstein Astrowsky. Adena Bernstein Astrowsky is the grandchild of two Holocaust survivors. She is the VP of the Phoenix Holocaust Assocation and a founding member of 3GAZ. Adena's novel "Living among the Dead" is the story of her grandmother, Mania Lichtenstein, and her journey and survival of the Holocaust.
