The program includes a video about hidden children and Q&A with Holocaust survivor Marion Weinzweig, one of the youngest living witnesses to the horrors of the Holocaust. Marion was born in German-occupied Poland. To save her life, her family hid her with Christians.  After being exposed, she fled and lived in convents masquerading as a Catholic.         A Beautiful Place is a new musical inspired by the true story of artist and educator Friedl Dicker-Brandeis A reading of the new musical celebrating the life of artist Friedl Dicker-Brandeis, who was deported to the Theresienstadt concentration camp in 1942. There, Friedl secretly taught classes to hundreds of children, giving them the ability to escape the world around them using their imaginations and the remarkable power of art. Their legacy continues to inspire, reminding us how beauty and hope can exist within the darkness of despair.
