Jewish Community Day with the Arizona Diamondbacks Phoenix Holocaust Association is proud to once again participate in Jewish Community Day with the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday, August 9, 2026 vs. the LA Dodgers.Gates open at 11:30 AM for the community fair activities. The day will include community activities, special ticket opportunities, and a ceremonial first pitch thrown by local Holocaust survivor Sam Wagman.

Come as you are. Bring a friend. Hear from a local educator about how they teach the Holocaust in schools. Then hear directly from a Holocaust survivor as they share their personal story — an experience that is increasingly rare and profoundly irreplaceable. Whether you know a lot about the Holocaust or are just beginning to learn, this open house is a welcoming, no-pressure space for young people of all backgrounds to connect, ask questions, and be part of something meaningful....
