DESCRIPTION:The Holocaust by Bullets exhibit will be open at ASU’s Hayden Library from\nFebruary 27 through April 17.\n*Hayden Library will be closed Sunday March 6. \n\n\nThe exhibition “Holocaust by Bullets 10 Years of Investigation” presents the results of Yahad-In Unum’s research in Eastern Europe.\nIt also underscores the “Holocaust by Bullets” as a precursor and model for mass murder crimes today.  The exhibit showcases the painstaking research uncovering the step-by-step nature of the crimes committed against Jews and Roma by the Nazi killing units.  The exhibition is built around the five steps of the crime identified by Yahad-In Unum researchers based on eyewitness accounts.\n\n\n\nDocent-Led Exhibit Tours Open to the Public\nMondays from 5–7 pm and Sundays from 1–3 pm from Feb. 28–April 17\nHayden Library at Arizona State University\, 300 E Orange Mall\, Tempe\, AZ 85281\nMasks Required\n*Hayden Library will be closed Sunday March 6. \n\nVisit the Holocaust by Bullets Website for More information about the events: Holocaust by Bullets (holocaustbybulletsphoenix.com)

SUMMARY:We Share The Same Sky: The Stories of Unsung Heroes
DESCRIPTION:Documentary storyteller Rachael Cerrotti\, will tell the story of the rescue of the Danish Jews through the experience of her grandmother\, Hana Dubova\, who was the only Holocaust survivor in her family. Hana escaped Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia for Denmark in 1939 at the age of 14 and Rachael has spent over a decade retracing her history. Using photography\, video\, audio and personal storytelling\, Rachael will talk about how teaching history with modern media and through a contemporary lens can empower students to reflect on their own individual actions and family histories. \n  \n  \nRachael is the author of a book and narrative podcast\, both by the name We Share The Same Sky.
