DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nJudith Greenberg holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Yale University\nand had been writing and teaching about trauma and literature for years before\nshe discovered the history of the last days of the Jews of Siedlce\, Poland\nrecorded by her own relative\, Cypora Jablon Zonszajn. Cypora understood that\nthe only chance for her baby daughter\, Rachel\, lay outside the ghetto. Cypora\ngave Rachel to her Catholic friends from childhood.
